We’re committed to doing everything we can to make HomeBanc customers feel at home:
■ Please continue to use the HomeBanc branches as you normally would. For now, all the features of your accounts remain the same.
■ You can continue to use your HomeBanc checks and ATM, debit and credit cards, and you still have online and mobile access to all of your accounts.
■ If you have a loan with HomeBanc, please continue to make your payments as usual, whether you use billing statements, online bill pay or automatic withdrawals.

Over the coming months, HomeBanc accounts will be converted to First Citizens’ systems. You’ll be notified in writing regarding any changes to your accounts. At that time, you will have full access to the First Citizens network.
